1. Introduction

Welcome to Hello Athena. By accessing or using our website at helloathena.com (or our Vercel preview URL), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. About Hello Athena

Hello Athena is a fashion boutique based in Accra, Ghana, offering clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and perfumes for men, women, and children. Orders are processed via WhatsApp enquiry and fulfilled through agreed delivery or in-store pickup arrangements.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local or international laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website content without our written permission.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We make every effort to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your enquiry.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed with us via WhatsApp.

5. Ordering Process

Our website functions as a product catalogue and enquiry platform. The ordering process works as follows:

  • You browse our collections and add items to your cart or click “+ Add to Order.”
  • You initiate contact via WhatsApp using the enquiry button on product pages.
  • A Hello Athena team member will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery or pickup arrangements.
  • An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via WhatsApp.

Adding an item to your cart or wishlist does not constitute a binding order or reservation of stock.

6. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (confirmed at the time of order):

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
  • Cash on delivery or in-store
  • Bank transfer (for large or bulk orders)

Payment details will be provided by our team via WhatsApp upon order confirmation. We do not process card payments through our website and do not store any financial credentials.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available within Accra and other parts of Ghana. Delivery timeframes and fees vary based on your location and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • In-store pickup is available at our Accra location by arrangement.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns for a refund are accepted within 3 days of receipt for items that are faulty or not as described.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with proof of purchase and photos of the item.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product photography, and design, is the property of Hello Athena or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Hello Athena shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use our website.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any interruption or unavailability of the website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
